DOTV ("we", "us") is operated by 上海爱零乘零软件有限公司 ("AI0x0"), registered at 上海市崇明区北沿公路2111号3幢（上海崇明森林旅游园区）, China, Unified Social Credit Code 91310230MACC2CPJ85. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use DOTV, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
1. What We Collect
- Account information: the phone number or email you register with, plus any nickname or avatar you add.
- Content and project data: text, images, audio and video you upload, input or generate, and creative data such as projects and canvas structures.
- Usage and device information: operation logs, error reports, IP address, browser and device type — used for security and product improvement.
- Payment information: payments are processed directly by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle", Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details; we only receive order status and the reconciliation fields we need (order id, amount, currency, payment state) from Paddle.
2. How We Use It
- providing the core Service: sign-in, content storage and processing, AI generation, team collaboration;
- completing transactions: ordering, activating memberships, granting credits, handling refunds and reconciliation;
- security: abuse prevention, rate limiting, troubleshooting;
- product improvement: aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.
3. Who We Share With
Only as needed to provide the Service, with these categories of processors:
- Payments and tax: Paddle (charging, invoicing, tax remittance);
- Infrastructure: Neon (database), Cloudflare (object storage and CDN), Volcano Engine TOS (video storage);
- Messaging: Alibaba Cloud (SMS and email codes, notifications);
- AI model providers: Fal, Volcano Ark (Seedance), OpenAI-compatible API providers, and similar — prompts and assets you submit are sent to these providers to perform generation.
We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law or a lawful authority requires it.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies / local storage entries: sign-in session, language preference, theme preference. Nothing for ad tracking.
5. Retention and International Transfer
- Data is stored in the facilities of the infrastructure providers above. Some are located outside your country, so your data may be transferred across borders; we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.
- We keep your data while your account exists. After account deletion, data is removed within a reasonable period, except records the law requires us to keep (such as transaction records).
6. Your Rights
You may: review and correct your account information; export your project content; delete your account and request erasure of personal data. To exercise any of these, contact support@ai0x0.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 14. Minors should use the Service under the guidance of a guardian.
