Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-18

DOTV ("we", "us") is operated by 上海爱零乘零软件有限公司 ("AI0x0"), registered at 上海市崇明区北沿公路2111号3幢(上海崇明森林旅游园区), China, Unified Social Credit Code 91310230MACC2CPJ85. These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and us governing your use of the DOTV website, apps and related services (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is an AI-assisted video creation platform offering scripting, storyboarding, image and video generation, cloud storage and collaboration. Generation is powered by third-party models (listed in our Privacy Policy), and availability may change as upstream providers adjust theirs.

2. Accounts

  • You register with a phone number or an email address, and you must keep your registration information accurate.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If your account is compromised, contact us at support@ai0x0.com immediately.
  • Within a team workspace, permissions follow member roles, and the team owner is responsible for orders and content under that workspace.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Paid offerings include membership subscriptions and credit top-ups, at the prices published on our website.
  • Our payment processor is Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as Merchant of Record: it processes payments, issues invoices and collects/remits applicable taxes. Your payment details are collected by Paddle directly; we never store your card number.
  • Memberships are sold for fixed terms (monthly / quarterly / yearly) and do not renew automatically; place a new order to continue.
  • Each order is defined by the price and contents shown when you submit it. A paid order cannot be cancelled; refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Credits

  • Credits are the in-service unit used to pay for compute-heavy operations such as generation. Credits are not money: they cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash.
  • Subscription credits are granted each billing period; unused subscription credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
  • Credit packs carry the validity stated at purchase; custom top-ups never expire.
  • Consumption order and validity rules follow the in-product descriptions.

5. Your Content

  • "Your Content" means the text, images, audio and video you upload, input or generate through the Service. You keep whatever rights you hold in Your Content; we claim no ownership over it.
  • You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you: storing, processing, transcoding, and displaying it to you and your collaborators.
  • You represent that you hold the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, likeness, privacy or other rights.
  • You may publish a look you have made to the shared style / effect libraries for other users to apply. Publishing means the content is your own or you are licensed to use it, that it infringes nobody's rights, and that you license other users to apply it in their own generations inside the Service. You can delete anything you published at any time, after which it no longer appears in the libraries; we may take down published entries that appear to infringe or to breach these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • generate or distribute content that violates applicable law, including violent, terrorist, hateful, pornographic or rights-infringing content;
  • create deepfakes of real people intended to mislead, defraud or harm;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, load-test or otherwise interfere with the Service;
  • sell, rent or transfer your account, credits or membership to third parties.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refunding paid but unused amounts (except where the law requires otherwise).

7. Changes and Interruptions

We may adjust features, prices and tiers from time to time, announced on the website in advance; orders already paid are not affected. We aim to give notice of maintenance or upstream-caused interruptions, but accept no liability for them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the Service is provided "as is", and we make no warranty about the accuracy, legality or fitness of generated content;
  • we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data;
  • our aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they fall to the courts with jurisdiction over our place of business.

10. Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time, posted on this page with a refreshed "Last updated" date; material changes are announced in-product. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@ai0x0.com.
