DOTV ("we", "us") is operated by 上海爱零乘零软件有限公司 (AI0x0). These Voice Cloning Rules apply when you upload reference audio, create a voice, preview it, or generate speech through the Service. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where mandatory law applies, it prevails over these Rules.
1. Voice Source and Authorization
- You may clone only your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you clear and specific authorization.
- Keep evidence of the scope of that authorization. If we need to verify it, you must cooperate with our request.
- If you create a voice for an organization, confirm that you have the necessary authorization from both the organization and the voice owner.
- Do not clone the voice of a public figure, celebrity, deceased person, minor, or any third party without permission.
2. Prohibited Uses
- impersonating another person or making a listener believe that speech comes from someone else;
- fraud, defamation, harassment, extortion, hate attacks, or other unlawful activity;
- bypassing identity verification, voice verification, anti-fraud, or security systems;
- creating sexual, violent, terrorist, politically harmful, or infringing content.
3. Review, Generation, and Storage
- Reference audio and synthesis text are reviewed. We reject voice creation or speech generation that fails review.
- Your reference audio, synthesis text, and generated output are processed as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide the Service.
- Cloned voices are stored in your account and can be viewed, used, or deleted in "My Voices".
- After deletion, we handle related data under our retention policies and legal obligations. Content already shared outside the Service may not be recoverable.
4. Enforcement
If you breach these Rules or applicable law, we may refuse generation, restrict features, delete the relevant voice, and suspend or terminate your account according to the circumstances. You remain responsible for losses caused to us or third parties.
